There is a real air of excitement around Ennis these days, as Fleadh Cheoil na hEireann is in full swing. We can even feel the atmosphere from inside the walls of our Monastery garden. There are white tents peeping up everywhere. We can see a huge white ‘construction’ over the wall near the hotel close to us. The success of the Fleadh is very much in our prayers. It is a very significant event for the town and for the 4000 people who are expected to attend for competitions and entertainment.

The Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament in our Chapel will continue, as usual, each day from 4.00 – 5.30 p.m. It would be great if some felt like joining us for prayer time when in Ennis.
